Michael Fisette,

Michael Fisette, President Emeritus, Fisette & Kim Financial Services, LLC, has an extensive background in financial services. He was a vice president and financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. and at Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University, and a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude) in Decision Science and Management Information Systems from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. He also studied pension and investment management at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

After retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer (W-4), following a 20-year career in the U. S. Coast Guard, Michael became an operations supervisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He subsequently joined Bank of America, where he served as a vice president in corporate finance, operations and technology, and Premier Banking and Investments.

Michael has taught courses to CFP® candidates on retirement planning, investment management, and financial planning, at both Seattle University and the University of Washington. He was also an adjunct professor, teaching Personal Financial Planning to MBA students at Seattle University. Michael currently mentors Seattle University graduate students.

Michael, and his wife Gina of 46 years, enjoy touring the United States on their Harley.
