Lee founded Adams County Financial Resources, LLC in 1994. Throughout his career Lee has been committed to helping clients pursue financial objectives. Lee is passionate about serving his clients through trust, transparency, and accountability.

Born in Berne, Indiana, Lee opened his first office there in 1994. He has also had offices in Decatur, Indiana and most recently Geneva, Indiana. In November of 2020, Lee sold ACFR to FM Bank, where he continues to serve clients with the FM Investment team out of their Geneva office.

Lee graduated from South Adams High School in 1980, and Bluffton College in 1984 with degrees in Accounting and Business. Lee has served on the board for Adams County Chapter of the United Way and on the Finance Committee for the Adams County Community Foundation. He is especially proud of his involvement with the Boys and Girls Club of Adams County having served for many years a member of their Board of Directors and Finance Committee, including terms as the board President and Treasurer.
