Tina Betz joined Hearn Hoyt Ramsey Wealth Management in November 2018 and is our Practice Business Manager. Among her responsibilities are to prioritize business solutions and services for our clients, with a focus on operational excellence, productivity and growth.

Throughout her more than 30 year career in the financial services industry, Tina has always had a desire to help others achieve their financial goals by developing strong relationships. Most recently, she held the position of Complex Administrative Manager, where she managed the operational duties for several Raymond James branches in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2006, Tina served as Client Service Manager for a Registered Investment Advisor offering private banking, portfolio management, and comprehensive financial planning. In her prior roles, she supervised the Retirement Plan Services department at Franklin Templeton Funds and spent 13 years in various management at Jackson National Life Insurance Company. She holds Series 7, 9 & 10 licenses, and is a Registered Corporate Coach with the World Association of Business Coaches.

Along with her husband, Harry, much of her personal time is dedicated to the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council Scout Troop 475. As a family, they have enjoyed mentoring young Scouts to obtain their goals. Her son, Harrison, earned his Eagle Scout (the highest rank attainable in Scouting) in 2019 and has begun his college career at Florida State University. Tina also volunteers for the Florida CraftArt Gallery and Autism Speaks. She is a longtime St. Petersburg resident and enjoys spending time with friends, being on the water - boating or kayaking, biking and giving back to her community.
