Annette joined the Hendel Wealth Management Group team in December 2020 as our Office Manager. In this position, Annette is the first trusted point of contact for our clients and is responsible for overseeing client care and relationship management, managing client-related services, conducting research and compliance efforts, and coordinating seamless communication between our clients and their personal financial advisor. She takes pride in being part of the Hendel team and is moved by firm’s commitment to client excellence.
Annette has more than 16 years of financial industry experience with a strong focus on Client Service Management and Operations. She has worked at both boutique and full-service brokerage firms and most recently served as Client Services Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. for nearly five years. Prior to her transition into client services, Annette worked in the executive offices of JPMorgan Chase’s Retail Banking division for more than 12 years where was the recipient of multiple Service of Excellence awards.
A certified yoga instructor, Annette believes in the importance of its practice regarding mental clarity and physical wellness. In Annette’s free time, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, attending beer festivals, and taking in the pleasures of outdoor activities. She is also a self-proclaimed Karaoke champion! Annette has participated in various charitable events in support of AIDS awareness, the LGBTQIA community and breast cancer awareness. She is inspired by new challenges and by her daughter who she considers her “greatest gift”.
