Jeff—who describes himself as driven, humbled and thankful—began his career in financial services in 1997 and previously spent 22 years with Ameriprise Financial. Today, Jeff provides strategies for retirement planning, retirement income, insurance, investments, saving for education, estate planning, business retirement plans, tax planning and more through Raymond James. He is inspired by his clients and “the look on their faces when they realize that they will able to retire in the lifestyle they want or better provide for their kids and grandkids.”
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Albany. He resides in Setauket, New York with his wife, Marlene, their son, Jake, and their adorable Havanese, Chloe. Jeff’s hobbies include boating, skiing, strength training, Jiu Jitsu and watching his son play baseball. Jeff started practicing the art of Jiu Jitsu with his son when Jake, now a teenager, was just a toddler. Jeff received his first black belt in 2014, his second degree blackbelt in 2016 and third degree blackbelt in 2020. He has coached his son’s travel baseball team for more than eight years.
To Jeff, each day is “just another chance to get a little bit better”. Jeff and his family support several local charities, including John’s Place Family Center, Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York, The Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind of Smithtown, Good Shepherd Hospice, Three Village Dads Foundation, Stony Brook Children’s Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Long Island Cares.
