[Smithtown, NY] – Hendel Wealth Management Group proudly volunteered at Habitat for Humanity, working together to secure framework at a new home site being constructed in Huntington Station. The organization additionally provided a sponsorship donation in support of the building project. The home is expected to be completed for the family by the fall.

“Each year, our team at Hendel Wealth Management Group take great pride in volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. It means so much more to us than simply providing a monetary contribution,” said Jeffrey Hendel, President & CEO, Hendel Wealth Management Group and Senior Financial Advisor, Raymond James Financial Services. “It’s not only a wonderful opportunity to come together for an incredible experience but is deeply rewarding knowing that our efforts will eventually help to place an extremely well-deserving family into an affordable, stable and sustainable home.”

“Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk is thrilled to have the Hendel Wealth Management Group as part of the Habitat family,” said Lee Silberman, CEO & Executive, Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk. “Habitat’s success depends on support from volunteers and corporate partners such as Jeff Hendel and his team. It is always a pleasure to see volunteer groups giving back to their community and supporting Habitat’s vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. We look forward to having the Hendel team participate again on our build sites.”
