Financial Advisor, RJFS
Partner, Kruse Woods Financial Partners

The starting point for building a tailored, comprehensive financial plan is recognizing that every individual and family has different needs, fears, and desires. The sum of these factors create the framework around which goals and strategies are built. Andy feels a vital part of his job is to listen and ask thoughtful questions so that he can best understand what his clients want out of life. He feels privileged to share his knowledge and experience with people seeking to better understand their own finances, and to be entrusted with helping clients envision a path that allows them to maximize their full financial potential. Whether meeting a young couple just starting out on their journey, helping clients in the middle of their careers, or guiding retirees through their horizon years, Andy takes his professional role very seriously. Simultaneously, he strives to maintain a personal relationship with clients, sometimes spanning several generations; this is the mark of consistency and reliability that Andy works hard to maintain.

A good investment plan, on the other hand, needs to be flexible, with the ability to adapt as both family situations and the financial world change. As an avid learner and researcher, Andy is constantly evaluating the options for his clients' needs to ensure that the best strategies are implemented into each individual plan. Holding the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, Andy looks beyond investment management and offers his clients a complete wealth management plan. This comprehensive approach is designed to make sure that every part of a client's needs are addressed. This will often include collaborating with outside professionals such as estate attorneys, tax professionals, and any other entity that would enhance the overall financial plan. The ultimate goal is to make sure that each plan has the best chance of being successful and meeting the clients' goals.

Away from the office, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Together they enjoy active water sports and boating, traveling to new places, serving in their church and community and experimenting with new recipes alongside friends and family.
