Jennifer L. York-Whitbeck,

Jen has more than 25 years of financial industry experience; with more than 20 of those working with Lisa. She is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM , a Financial Planning Consultant, and she serves as the practice manager for LJW Wealth Management. She holds a Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses.

Jen works hand in hand with Lisa Walsh on all aspects of running the business. She prepares financial plans and all reports for clients and prospective clients and assists Lisa with investment management, research, rebalancing and trading.

Jen earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY-Buffalo. She volunteers her time with Habitat for Humanity as a member of the Education Committee and as a Family Liaison. Previously she spent a number of years tutoring for Literacy Volunteers. Both organizations have given her the opportunity to help people in Buffalo take a step forward in bettering their lives.

Originally from Ingleside, Texas, Jen lives in north Buffalo with her husband, Scott; children, Alex and Leo; and dog, Watson. She loves good food and wine, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys reading, hiking and theater.
