Chloe is dedicated to delivering a high standard of service and creating a meaningful experience for every client she supports. Before joining Oley Kinser Concierge Wealth, she worked as an educator within the Collier County Public School system, specializing in applied behavior analysis. This background gave her a deep understanding of care, empathy, and communication, qualities that now define her approach to client service.

As Practice Manager, Chloe oversees the team’s client service operations, internal workflows, and administrative processes. She focuses on ensuring client requests are handled efficiently, enhancing operational effectiveness, and supporting business development initiatives. For added convenience, Chloe is also a licensed notary in the State of Florida.

A Naples native, Chloe takes pride in her community and has enjoyed watching it grow into the vibrant city it is today. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.

Outside the office, Chloe enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach or exploring local walking trails. When she’s not outside, she’s painting or cuddled up with her two cats, Leo and Louie, reading a good book. Chloe is passionate about helping animals and families in need and proudly supports the Collier County Domestic Animal Shelter and local community outreach efforts.
