Having a plan is half the battle, but keeping that plan on track is the other half. We continue to coordinate and oversee your plan to help make sure it stays on track. Performance reports and periodic review meetings keep us up to date with any changes in your life, and your other advisors up to date with our progress on an ongoing basis.

Beginning our Relationship

Investment Process & policy review meeting
Within 30 Days Discuss and set expectations, goals, cash flow needs and re-review our investment process and reaffirm our commitment to your investment policy.
Why we do it: Everyone listens differently when receiving new information. This meeting provides an opportunity to follow up, answer questions and reaffirm our commitment to the plan we developed together.
Service Commitment Conversation
Within 45 Days Walk through services, including online access, cash management tools, new technology; set up statement and communications preferences.

Wealth Management Plan Meeting
Within 90 Days Review your personalized, comprehensive financial plan; reassess and reprioritize your goals if necessary and make any needed changes.
Why we do it: To introduce you to our Goal Planning & Monitoring (GPM) system, which assists us in tracking your personalized financial goals.
Proactive Planning Meetings
Ongoing Annual Reviews: Review investments and financial plan; assess progress and recommend adjustments. Year-End Planning: Timely planning to help mitigate your tax burden.
Why we do it: Monitor progress and reprioritize goals when necessary to keep moving forward as planned.
