Crystal Pulice is our Senior Client Services Coordinator and Assistant to Jessica Thompson and Crockett Bohannon. In her role, Crystal ensures that our clients’ and organization’s administrative needs are handled seamlessly, allowing our Financial Advisors to concentrate fully on their clients.

With over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position. Her extensive background ensures that clients receive a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Recently, Crystal enhanced her skill set by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her husband, John, and their daughter, Charley. The family shares a love for travel, exploring new cuisines, and connecting with friends and relatives. Go Knights, Charge On!
