Karen has over 27 years’ experience in the financial services industry, beginning at Mass Mutual in the Retirement Services area.  Prior to joining UBS in 2008, Karen spent 17 years at Merrill Lynch, working in operations and as a Client Associate.  She is committed to enabling excellence in service for our clients and maintaining an exceptional work environment for our employees. Karen looks forward to finding new ways to differentiate our approach with clients, adding extra value whenever possible.  She understands the importance of client relationships and quality service, and is responsible for all operational and administrative matters for the team.  She also coordinates the team's service platform, which includes resolving routine service issues and scheduling client reviews.  Karen lives with her family in Westfield, MA.
