Joseph J. Saverino

Associate Vice President, Investments

Joe started his career in financial services in 2005, just after graduating Oakland University with a bachelor’s degree. Like his partner, R.J. Koss, he attended De La Salle Collegiate High School, but it wasn’t until 2008 that the two decided to combine their passion for investing and form Pilot Financial Group of Raymond James. He later went on to earn the Wealth Management Specialist designation to help enhance his financial planning and investment management services. Joe works closely with families to help them identify and work toward their most meaningful goals. Every time a client achieves a goal, he feels rewarded, as well, because he was trusted to be a part of that client's financial journey.

Born in Clinton Township, Joe now lives in Macomb with his wife, Sandarella and their two children, Isabella and Dominic. He’s active throughout the community, serving as president of the Kiwanis Club of Clinton Township North and past president and founding member of Business Networking International - Nexus. He is also a member of the GMC Corvettes with fundraising benefiting Leader Dogs for the blind in Rochester Hills. Joe spends time educating others on stock markets, finance and investing, appearing as a guest speaker on WDIV Channel 4 and as a guest instructor at Romeo High School. He also enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching movies, working out and attending car shows.
