Having a banking and customer service professional as the point of contact for clients has its advantages, as Jim and Paul have come to know. That’s why they’re very happy to have Rhonda serving in that position.
Before joining the firm 12 years ago, Rhonda spent 14 years in the banking business, starting as a teller, moving to branch manager and later serving as IRA administrator for seven branches. Today, Rhonda is not only a problem solver and facilitator for clients, she is also in charge of the team’s day-to-day operations.
Rhonda lives in Cincinnati with her husband of 23 years. They have two sons: one a senior in college, the other a junior in high school. She also teaches Sunday school in her church for children ages 9 to 11.
