Matt Skotynsky has a deep passion for impacting lives in meaningful ways. He leverages his knowledge and understanding of wealth management and finances to create powerful plans that help people enjoy life to the fullest at every phase. His clients know him as a man who values trust, understanding, and long-term relationships. Matt does everything within his power to expertly craft investment strategies that are thoroughly researched, carefully evaluated, and uniquely designed to fit each client’s vision for the future.

Matt’s mindful approach to finances comes from more than two decades of experience as a financial advisor, 16 of which he has served as a branch manager. He is a Registered Principal, a Raymond James Financial Advisor, and an Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®). As a seasoned professional, Matt also persistently pursues ongoing research and adheres to his fierce commitment to maintaining a strong understanding of the current market conditions in order to provide his clients with an informed, well-rounded perspective.

As a resident of Perrysburg for 40 years, Matt is very passionate about being involved in his community. He serves as a current member of the Perrysburg Rotary Club and the Perrysburg Boat Club. Matt is also the past trustee of the Way Public Library, and the past President of the Perrysburg Chamber of Commerce.

Matt’s core value system in his professional life comes from his strong roots as a family man. He and his wife Lea have been married for 30 years and have two sons, Mitchel and Michael.

Matt’s works alongside his son, Mitchel, who is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Wealth Manager. Matt’s second son Michael recently graduated Colorado State and is currently a Mechanical Engineer for Boeing.

Many people are surprised to learn that in addition to Matt’s profession as a financial advisor, he enjoys boating and has his captain’s license.
