With a servant’s heart, Laurie joined Sterling Wealth Services in 2019 to lead the effort in enhancing the overall client experience while building meaningful relationships. She is also responsible for the community outreach program, which is geared toward introducing new clients to the practice as well as coming alongside underserved groups. Laurie especially loves planning events and interacting with clients to understand their goals and financial concerns.
Graduating with a visual communications degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Laurie moved to her husband’s hometown of Bel Air in 1980. She has a heart for reaching out to others, which has served her well in this community.
Laurie has used her gifts of hospitality and compassion to reach out in various capacities. More than 21 years of volunteering with the youth ministry at her church and creating architectural renderings out of her studio kept her busy while she raised her children. She has also worked as an art teacher in public and private school settings. At her church, she has served as new member coordinator, financial secretary, welcome team coordinator and wedding coordinator. She also has extensive experience as a medical receptionist at the area’s leading physical therapy practice, using her strengths in customer service and patient advocacy.
She enjoys riding her bike, being in the woods and adventures with her family. She is excited to introduce Sterling Wealth Services to those looking for financial confidence through a compassionate and long-term relationship.
