As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Shelby has completed extensive training and experience requirements and is held to rigorous ethical standards. He is well versed in all aspects of financial planning to encompass not just investments, but insurance, tax planning, employee benefits and retirement planning and estate planning.
Prior to entering the financial services industry, Shelby earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, graduating summa cum laude. Shelby was born and raised in Little Rock, AR and he frequently returns there to meet with clients at the Little Rock office. Today, Shelby lives in Alma, AR with his wife, Mackenzie, and their daughter, Harper Kate. When not working, Shelby enjoys spending time in the outdoors, including: backpacking, hunting, fishing, camping and “jeeping”.
