Paul Manfrey is a senior vice president, wealth management and financial advisor of the HarborView Group of Raymond James. Paul is Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 65 licensed and also holds an insurance license. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having also spent time as an independent branch owner.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of South Florida and has also successfully completed the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation, awarded by The American College.
Paul is dedicated to helping individuals meet their financial needs by developing investment plans around their long-term goals and risk tolerance. His extensive experience – throughout major shifts in the markets – enables him to help clients structure balanced portfolios to address their specific financial goals.
Prior to joining Raymond James in 2021, Paul was a financial advisor and branch manager for Morgan Stanley. Before that, he was an advisor at Wells Fargo.
He received Tampa Bay Buccaneer’s Community Quarterback Award in 2006 and the United Way Volunteer of the Year award in 2009. Paul was awarded an honorable mention for philanthropic excellence in the eighth annual Invest in Others Community Leadership Awards in 2014. Paul was also inducted into the Elite Council of Magnetic Men of 2014 in recognition for his dedication and service to his community. In 2017, Paul accepted the Morgan Stanley Diversity Award on behalf of Eastlake Branch of Morgan Stanley. Most recently he was awarded the Morgan Stanley 2020 Community Leadership award in honor of his service to PARC.*
He is very active in working with PARC, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for the developmentally disabled. He was elected to the board of directors and named their Philanthropist of the Year in 2011 and served as Chairman of the Board in 2013-2014.* Paul was also an active member of the 2018-2019 board of directors of PARC.
Away from work Paul enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with his family. He lives in Seminole with his wife, Jennifer, and two daughters, Avery and Olivia.
