With over 29 years of experience in insurance and financial services, Glenn is part of the Raymond James Insurance Group (RJIG) where he specializes in Wealth Transfer and Estate Planning. Glenn works very closely with Mark and his team to help clients maximize their estate planning, wealth transfer strategies and insurance needs. Together, Glenn and Mark also work directly with clients’ other trusted advisors, including attorneys, CPAs and trustees to ensure that each client receives the most comprehensive and suitable strategies to meet their insurance goals and objectives.
As part of the Raymond James Home Office, Glenn is available to assist in various facets of insurance analysis, estate and wealth transfer planning, executive benefits, asset protection strategies, and business owner and family succession planning. Glenn, along with his team, specializes in providing comprehensive insurance policy reviews to help ensure that clients are maximizing their estate and wealth transfer strategies. With nearly 30 years of experience Glenn has witnessed the evolution of the insurance industry through the years. His knowledge and experience is an invaluable resource when reviewing insurance programs and strategies.
Glenn holds life and health insurance and variable annuity licenses. In addition, he also has his Series 7 General Securities Representative and Series 24 Registered Principal licenses.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Glenn has called Florida home since 1980. He enjoys spending his free time on his boat fishing or just hanging out on the spoil islands with family and friends. He and his wife, Laraine, especially enjoy cooking big family meals on the weekends with their three daughters, Jamie, Katie and Danielle and their new son-in-law, Nick.
Asset-Based LTC Consultant

Ed is an Asset-Based LTC Sales Consultant for Raymond James Insurance Group/Producers Choice Network. He is part of a team of experienced consultants who collaborate with resources within RJIG and our insurance carrier partners to assist financial advisors with education on LTC products/strategies available; uncovering opportunities within a book of business; personalized case designs; illustration & marketing material requests; and conference call/webinar client consultations.
Prior to joining the Asset-Based LTC Consulting team, Ed served in active duty in the United States Army. In 2000, he began his financial services career at Charles Schwab as a Registered Rep. During is 3-years at a Charles Schwab call center, he focused on assisting clients with securities transactions and securities research. In addition, he was selected to be part of a small team focused on new accounts and educating new clients about services available through Charles Schwab. In 2003, Ed transitioned to a financial advisor roll at National City Bank, followed by a position with Teachers Credit Union in 2004.The focus of those roles was helping bank/credit union clients diversify their portfolios. In 2009, he began working as an internal wholesaler at OneAmerica focusing on their Asset-Based LTC products. The role at OneAmerica focused on educating advisors and their clients on the suite of Asset-Based LTC products. In 2018, Ed began his current position with Raymond James as an Asset-Based LTC consultant.
Ed has a BS degree in finance from Hawaii Pacific University and a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Ed and his wife, Susan, have been married for 30 years and have one son and a daughter-in-law. They also have two dogs. Ed is a fan of both Major and Minor League Baseball and also enjoys golf and bowling.
Executive Benefits Consultant
With more than 20 years of experience with both Qualified and Nonqualified plans, Dwight specializes in finding solutions to meet the needs of businesses and their executives. Dwight’s Specialties, strengths and expertise in this arena include: Institutional Retirement Plans – 401(k), 403(b), 457(f) & (b), ESOP’s, Defined Benefit/Cash Benefit Plans and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plans. Dwight actively helps with the design, implementation and informal financing of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans. He works with a wide range of leading advisors and their business clients to help them reward their key people and plan for retirement on a tax-advantaged basis.
After serving in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 1995, Dwight attended the University of South Florida where he earned a degree in Finance in December of 1997. After graduation, his career in the financial services industry took off when he secured a position as a Financial Advisor at Dean Witter/Morgan Stanley in 1998. There, he began working with Qualified plans (401(k), Pooled Profit Sharing Plans, SEP IRA’s and SIMPLE IRA Plans. This experience and his enjoyment of providing solutions with corporate benefits led him to join Raymond James & Associates in 1999 as a retirement plan consultant. Dwight’s commitment to clients and dedication to the job was apparent when he was named Director of Retirement Plan Consulting in 2003.
Dwight’s desire to learn as much as possible and gain additional experience in retirement plan consulting led him to take a position as Director of Business Development at Principal Financial Group in 2006. There he specialized in Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, ESOP, and Nonqualified Plans. Given his background and experience in both Qualified and Nonqualified plans, he was promoted to South East Regional Vice President, specializing in Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans. With the knowledge and experience he gained with Non-Qualified plans, Dwight returned to Raymond James in 2016 to work with Qualified Plan Clients above $10 million dollars and to help grow the Non-Qualified consulting business at Raymond James Financial, Inc.
Dwight lives in Wesley Chapel, Florida, a suburb of the Tampa Bay area, with his wife and daughters. His hobbies include hiking, fishing, rafting, and camping. His family enjoys rock and fossil hunting and have found some large and unique specimens across the U.S. While traveling on vacation they will often dedicate one day to go find something in the local area that might be of interest.
