Jane Donovan joined the Waddell Group as a Client Relations Associate in 2012. Before joining, she worked in the John Hancock home office. She nurtures lasting relationships with clients, generates materials for meetings, responds to requests, and maintains an active dialogue to meet all client needs. She also manages the quarterly client meeting calendar. Clients widely love her, and some call to hear her cheerful Bostonian accent.
