For over a decade, Aron has helped clients achieve their goals. Aron began his career as a management consultant at KPMG, helping global clients with matters of Financial Management, Merger Integration, Employee Engagement and Customer Strategy.
He transitioned from KPMG and continues his career making an impact in the lives of people.
Aron focuses on wealth planning for individuals and multi-generational families and specializes in guiding business owners with succession planning and exit strategies across the United States.
Typically, business owners are hyper-focused on maximizing enterprise value, but often neglect to optimize personal results and family outcomes. To address this challenge, Aron works with business owners and their families to properly value their business, create a succession plan designed to maximize financial potential, and coordinate details essential to all relevant parties.
Outside of the office, Aron has helped build Experience Camps for Grieving Children. The national nonprofit provides free week-long overnight camps for boys and girls who have lost a parent or sibling. Since its inception in 2009, Aron has served as a volunteer counselor. He developed the camper leadership program and helped found the Southeast Program in 2017. Today, he is the Fundraising Chair of the Board of Directors. Most recently, he was recognized by Invest in Others for his leadership with Experience Camps for Grieving Children. He is one of 72 Wealth Advisors out of 300,000+ who is making the most meaningful impact in the nonprofit industry.
Also, in the community, Aron has served as a member of the Business-Professional Action Committee for the Anti-Defamation League and the South Florida Business and Professional Committee of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. In addition, Aron was selected to join the Anti-Defamation League’s Glass Leadership Institute. He has been active in the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
Aron was born and raised in Boca Raton and has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. As a student, Aron achieved great success, serving as the President of Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary, Executive Producer of Gator Growl and President of Theta Chi Fraternity. The UF Administration recognized him for his many contributions: he is a member of the UF Hall of Fame, was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award for Graduating Seniors, and represented his graduating class as the student speaker during the 2007 commencement ceremony.
In his free time, Aron enjoys hosting the “Uncle Aron Olympics” for his niece and nephews, following University of Florida athletics, planning reunions, and hiking.
Aron divides his time between South Florida and New York City.
