With many years of financial industry experience, including two decades focused on institutional fixed income strategies, Rob partners with clients to manage and preserve their wealth. Listening and communicating are primary goals to his thoughtful approach, helping him develop and build strong client relationships. He emphasizes the importance of knowing a client’s risk parameters and life circumstances to better plan for the future. As goals and circumstances change, he helps clients adapt and move forward.

He joined FirstBank Investment Partners in 2019. His background includes roles at FTN Financial. He earned a B.S. in business administration and international business from Auburn University and attended Colegio de España in Salamanca, Spain, for graduate studies. He also studied at The Lovett School in Atlanta.

Giving back to the community is important to Rob. He has served as chairman, president, treasurer and board member for Carnival Memphis. He has also served on the board of directors of Arkansas County Bank. Active in his church community, Rob has served as an usher at Second Presbyterian Church.

Originally from Atlanta, he has lived in Memphis for over 25 years. He is married to Jean and they have four children. In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, golf and playing tennis.
