Victoria Viefhaus
Victoria C. Viefhaus Director of Communications, BFWA Operations Manager, RJFS

Vicki’s meticulous attention to detail and market knowledge are invaluable to our team. She will tell you that everything at Brown Family Wealth Advisors has a well-defined process and that being organized is what allows us to be proactive rather than reactive.

As our director of communications, Vicki spreads our message to clients and prospective clients. She keeps our social media accounts up to date, which keeps our clients informed of new developments and important topics. She reviews all outgoing correspondence from the team and makes sure it’s delivered in a timely manner. She assists Tammy with client events and helps with operational duties when needed. As operations manager, Vicki is our liaison with the Raymond James home office for regulatory and compliance issues. And she is our go-to team member on topics such as caregiving and women investors.

Vicki believes that there are two things that set Brown Family Wealth Advisors apart: communication and full participation among members of each client household. Every family we serve receives multiple phone calls (from each member of the team), scheduled mailings and emails throughout the year. And we insist that both spouses be involved in the financial planning process. We want both you and your spouse or partner to feel comfortable with the financial decisions you are making.

Vicki joined Raymond James as a client service manager in 2020 after spending nine years at UBS Financial Services in St. Louis as a wealth strategy associate and senior registered client service associate. She has been in the financial services industry since 2003 and she joined the Brown Family Wealth Advisors in 2017. She is a graduate of Truman State University and holds Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 66 securities licenses.

Vicki grew up in Eureka and now lives in Kirkwood with her husband, Adam (who also works with the team), and their children, Michael and Cece. In her free time, you will find Vicki running several times a week, trying out new restaurants, enjoying a good glass of wine, going to her son’s soccer games, taking walks around the neighborhood, and cheering on the Cardinals and Blues.
