Frank has worked as a financial advisor since the year 2000 and has a wealth of experience in assisting individuals, small business owners and families in planning their financial future. He is an Enrolled Agent who is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Frank is a Certified Financial Planner® professional. He has earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science degree in Taxation and Financial Planning magna cum laude from Widener University. Frank holds his Series 24, 7, 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as his life and health insurance license. Frank enjoys family time with his wife Eilleen and their four children – Lauren, Andrew, Ryan and Tyler.
