Molly is focused on providing a quality client experience by creating systems and practices that best enable us to serve our clients. She carefully listens for any concerns or challenges our clients have encountered and then thinks through how to best resolve them while looking ahead for any future issues that could arise.
She also helps us manage the operations of our practice, addressing any problems and ensuring that our team has the tools they need to serve our clients. “I am always looking for ways to make our practice and processes better. I truly listen to feedback and different perspectives – and remain open to new ideas and technology. I love to problem-solve and collaborate,” Molly says.
Molly has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined our team in 2020. “I worked with some of the Cohen Financial team previously and know they are confident in what they do,” Molly says.
Prior to joining us, Molly worked for J.P. Morgan Private Bank as a senior client service associate, where she handled training coordination, procedures implementation and new technology rollouts. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Miami University.
Molly is originally from a suburb of Cleveland called Chagrin Falls but has lived in Chicago for more than 13 years and today lives in the Lakeview community with her husband, Chris, and son, Nolan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, trying new restaurants and foods, cooking, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
