Matt is committed to meeting our clients’ needs and takes pride in the dedicated, focused client service he delivers. “I strive to make sure everything is completed correctly, so our clients’ time is not wasted, and they can be confident in knowing that we’re doing things right,” Matt says.
He is responsible for onboarding our new clients and helping them have a smooth transition. In addition to opening their accounts, he also manages any money movement and account maintenance requests.
“I want our clients to enjoy a seamless and easy experience when going through our onboarding process or setting up their accounts,” Matt says. “I want them to feel taken care of and see that I have anticipated their needs.”
Before joining our team in 2020, Matt worked at J.P. Morgan as a senior member of their private bank client services team, where he managed training projects, rollouts of new features and assisted clients with technology-related issues.
Originally from Kentucky, Matt today lives in Chicago. In his free time, he enjoys watching basketball, trying new restaurants and watching films.
