Robert Blackford became a part of the Crocker, Prince & Blackford team in 1998 when he joined Morgan Keegan's Private Client Group. Previously he served as a senior portfolio management analyst and later a pension analyst, managing assets in excess of $1.1 billion in pension, 401 (k) and high-net-worth assets.
Robert brings to the team his extensive knowledge of portfolio management and experience in helping clients define and pursue financial objectives. With a mindset that is both analytical and innovative, he focuses on strategic portfolio management as well as financial and estate planning, always with a focus on helping clients make measurable progress toward their financial goals.
In 2008, Robert joined Raymond James with the Crocker, Prince & Blackford Group to provide a more comprehensive platform for his financial planning expertise. His clients include corporate retirement plans, high net worth individuals and institutions.
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Robert holds a degree in finance from the University of Arkansas. He currently lives in Frisco, Texas, with his wife, Stacey, and two children. He is an active member of several ministries at St. Philip's Episcopal Church. An avid outdoorsman, he likes to spend his leisure time with his family and friends hunting and fishing.
