Financial AdvisorTravis Thompson, a financial advisor born and raised in Benton, KY, specializes in retirement and goal planning for his clients.
Travis is excited to be working in the community he calls home. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Murray State and a master’s degree from the University of the Cumberlands. Travis spent seven years as an educator in the western Kentucky area before switching careers into a field in which he has always been passionate. Travis uses his experience as a teacher along with his role as financial advisor to educate clients and walk every step with them to pursue their financial goals. Travis has a devotion for forming relationships built on clear communication and trust.
As an active part of his community, Travis is a member of Marshall County Rotary Club and serves on the board for Benton Country Club. Travis, his wife Katie, and their son, Konway, attend First Missionary Baptist Church. In his free time Travis enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
