Douglas Dirksen
Doug Dirksen, CFP®, CRPS® President, Integro Wealth Advisors Financial Advisor, RJFS

To best understand Doug’s advising philosophy, it’s important to note that “Integro” – of Integro Wealth Advisors – is Latin for “to renew, restore or make whole.” In that spirit, Doug helps clients align their financial lives with their overall purpose and harmony.

Drawing from over a decade of industry experience, Doug works with clients to help ensure their values, vision, and goals are reflected in their financial lives. He does this by completing a comprehensive, proactive analysis of each client's financial situation that encompasses everything from cash flow and investment management to risk tolerance, tax efficiency and estate planning. He then uses this information to craft and implement a tailored financial plan for each client – one that is in step with their core values and allows them to confidently pursue the life they envision.

Doug worked as a licensed general contractor before spending a decade as a financial advisor at Edward Jones. He joined Raymond James in 2022, a firm that attracted him for its dedication to support independent advisors while championing clients’ interests. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, which illustrates his commitment to practicing with high ethical standards, and a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®, demonstrating his specialized insight into retirement planning. Doug holds a bachelor’s degree from Dordt University.

Giving back to his community is important to Doug. He has served on the boards of Mercy’s Gate and Mountain Shadows Community Association. He and his family attend Woodmen Valley Chapel.

A native of northwest Iowa, Doug lived in Yosemite Valley and Molokai before moving to Colorado Springs with his wife, Becky, in 2005. They have four children – Jayden, Ava, Dakoda, and Micah. Doug enjoys being outside with his family, hiking, golfing, skiing, and mountain biking.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner®,  CFP Logo Flame Design and  CFP Logo Plaque Design in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
