There has been a lot of news lately about AI (Artificial Intelligence). In fact, on the drive into work one day I heard a discussion about whether or not AI could be a rocket scientist. The resounding answer was no, thank goodness. As I understand it, while AI learns as it goes, it doesn’t know how to differentiate facts. In the discussion, a report was shared that AI wrote about Saturn. While the report was factual, some of the facts were true to Jupiter, which made the report inaccurate. It is an interesting phenomenon, but I find it reassuring that AI will not be able to do my job either, at least in my lifetime.

Think about it. How frustrating is it for you when you call a 1-800 number and get an automated system. Ugh! It can be so frustrating to get a direct answer to your question or heaven forbid, talk to a real person. Or, how about those chat bots on a website? I had a very easy question for my credit card company that I typed into the chat bot. The chat bot couldn’t answer and sent my question to a ‘real person’. It took 10 minutes to finally get an answer. I thought about calling, but that would have been the aforementioned automated system. Again…UGH!

Do you know what? When you call our office, you will talk to a real person…always. Yes, sometimes you get our voicemail, because all of our real people are already talking with other clients. Keep in mind, our voicemail is confidential. You can feel comfortable leaving a message, and we will call you back within 24 hours or less. In fact, we like talking to you. It brightens our day!

When you call in to our office, Kasey is usually the first smiling voice you hear on the phone. She can help you with transferring money to and from the bank and general questions, you may have. Jodi can help you with all those things too, plus she is licensed to place trades and answer general investment related questions.

When Cliff, Mike or Stacy are tied up in a meeting or on another call, feel free to rely on Kasey and Jodi to help you out. They are extremely knowledgeable!
