Ever since I invested $400 in my first stock when I was 18 years old, I have had a passion for investing and building wealth through the stock market. I can remember going to the library and researching stocks in Value Line looking at balance sheets and cash flows. This is how it started for me over 40 years ago and continues to be my passion every day for my clients. It brings me great satisfaction to be able to build wealth long term for my clients. Whether it be sending their children to College, buying that vacation home they always wanted or retiring with enough cash flow to live comfortably the rest of their lives, this is what energizes me each morning when I start my day.
My process starts with analyzing each client’s personal needs and wants for their money and then designing a plan to help them achieve their short and long term goals. We then set up an investment plan with the goal of taking the least amount of risk to achieve the desired results.
My strategies also take into account what I believe is one of the greatest risks to any portfolio which is taxes. Making portfolios as tax efficient as possible is just as important as helping to protect against downturns in the markets. Liquidity is also very important in my planning process. If you have enough liquid assets to sustain your lifestyle for the next 2-3 years we can weather bear markets maintaining our long term investment approach.
