Shannon has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years as both a Client Service Associate and Operations Manager. Prior to joining Raymond James, she worked for Wells Fargo Advisors in Boise and Wedbush Securities in both Seattle and Boise.

As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Shannon takes great care in understanding and meeting clients’ needs. She performs an array of services, including account opening and maintenance, processing distributions, facilitating rollovers, document management and more.

Shannon is an Idaho native who spends as much time in the mountains as possible. She also enjoys travelling, sports (especially college basketball) and volunteering within the community. She graduated from Boise State and holds the Series 7, Series 66, and Series 9/10 licenses.
