Susan’s career in the financial services industry spans more than 25 years and four firms. In that time, she has gained experience as an Operations Manager and in other roles supporting financial advisors; however, her favorite role is serving clients. She takes pride in developing strong relationships through positive interactions with both clients and professional contacts alike and delivering the best possible customer service at all times.

Susan holds a Series 7 and Series 63 license and is responsible for a wide variety of operational tasks. She employs the comprehensive resources of Raymond James to ensure utilization of the latest and most efficient resources and procedures available to benefit clients. She has also spearheaded many special projects and initiatives designed to further optimize the client experience as a longstanding and senior member of the administrative team.

Susan is from Nebraska and returns often to visit her two daughters and four grandchildren. An adventurer at heart, she now enjoys all that the Idaho lifestyle has to offer, including snowshoeing, bike riding and hiking with her dog, Rafter. Her other interests include dancing, attending sports events and the theatre, and she is always on the hunt for good farm-to-table restaurants.
