Victoria Trouten
Victoria Trouten Director of Client Support, SCG Branch Office Professional, RJFS

Vickie joined Slaggie Capital Group in 2014 as the Director of Client Support. Her team role is to create efficiencies and provide support for both clients and advisors. She is most often the first point of contact for anyone calling or walking into the office.

Her favorite part of this role is getting to know clients and helping maintain that vital connection between client and advisor. She is always looking for ways to provide an invaluable service experience and to keep up with the changes in a client’s lifestyle and needs

She works alongside Mike and Matt to meet client needs, maintain their financial plans & assists in the use of our interactive planning software that helps our team & our clients plan for the fluidity of life events.

Vickie graduated from Winona State University in 2012 with a BA in English/Writing, and has learned a lot about finance over the past 9 years working alongside Mike and Matt. She is always willing to try and to learn new things, office related or not, and every year looks forward to attending the annual Raymond James National Conference for Professional Development alongside Mike and Matt.

She resides in Winona with her husband, Jim, and their children, Nora (6) and William (4). She loves spending time outdoors exploring National Parks, camping, hiking, and road-trips. Her favorite local spots are Brady’s Bluff in nearby Perrot State Park, and getting lost in the various trails by Holzinger Lodge, Winona. She and her husband also spend many weekends working on various projects at his family’s farm outside of Harmony, MN.

Vickie currently volunteers with the Winona chapter of Box of Balloons, a non-profit that provides birthday boxes to families in need. She has spent a lot of time in the arts and music community in Winona, but that time is currently being replaced by pulling wagon rides to the local playgrounds.
