Alicia Struble is a Registered Principal and Branch Owner at Raymond James, where she leads with a strong passion for helping clients define meaningful financial goals and achieve long-term success. Known for her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence, Alicia has built an independent practice focused on developing lasting client relationships and delivering personalized financial strategies.

Before joining Raymond James in 2005, Alicia gained experience in banking, customer service, and human resources. A graduate of Austin Peay State University, she is a lifelong learner who remains actively engaged in both professional development and community service.

Alicia has served in numerous leadership roles, including on the advisory board for Going Global, the Board of Trustees for the Veterans Treatment Court—where she was the first non-military member—and the Leadership Clarksville Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce and the Financial Services Institute.

Outside the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with her grandsons, traveling, and reading. Her love of travel began while living in Okinawa, Japan, where she developed a lasting appreciation for new cultures and experiences.

Alicia holds a comprehensive set of industry licenses, including the Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 66 (Uniform Securities Agent/Registered Investment Advisor), and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam. She is also licensed in Life, Annuity, and Health Insurance. Her professional development includes participation in the Raymond James Institute of Investment Management Consulting program, Trust School, The School of Life, and numerous national and regional conferences.
