Business Operations & Strategy Executive | NextGen Advisors Registered Representative, RJFSHailey is originally from Orange County, California, and moved to Arizona in 2015 to attend college. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Hailey continued her education by earning a Master’s in Business Administration, all while serving as a member of the Cheerleading team throughout her college experience.
Prior to joining The NextGen Advisors team, Hailey spent six and a half years in the finance industry and holds her Series 7, 24, and 63 professional licenses. Her expertise includes asset transfers, client onboarding, business process improvements, and trading/investing.
At NextGen Advisors, Hailey plays a key role in onboarding, trading, client communication, events, and marketing. She also manages day-to-day business operations to ensure processes remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
Hailey and her husband, Jonathan, recently celebrated two exciting milestones—their son Rowan’s first birthday and purchasing their first home. They are overjoyed to be building their life together in Arizona and creating a warm and welcoming space filled with cherished memories. Hailey and Jonathan love spending time with their families and traveling to watch her little sister cheer in her senior year of high school. They’re looking forward to exploring college opportunities with her and committing to one soon.
