Hailey Raskin
Business Operations & Strategy Executive | NextGen Advisors Registered Representative, RJFSHailey is originally from Orange County, California, and moved to Arizona in 2015 to attend college. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Hailey decided to further her education and obtained her Master’s in Business Administration, while serving as a member of the Cheerleading team throughout her college experience.
Prior to joining The NextGen Advisors team, Hailey has worked in the finance industry for six years, and has experience in asset transfers, client onboarding, business process improvements, and trading/investing. Most recently, she worked at Raymond James Corporate as a Transition Consultant and holds her Series 7, 24, and 63 professional licenses. At NextGen Advisors, Hailey assists in the onboarding process, client/prospect communication, marketing, and manages the day-to-day business operations to ensure our processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
In her free time, Hailey enjoys traveling with her husband Jonathan, game nights with family and friends, and playing golf and pickleball at Gainey Ranch Golf Club on the weekends. Hailey and Jonathan are expecting their first child in early November of this year and couldn’t be more excited to welcome Baby Raskin into the world.
