Hailey is originally from Orange County, California, and moved to Arizona in 2015 to attend college. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Hailey decided to further her education and obtained her Master’s in Business Administration, while serving as a member of the Cheerleading team throughout her college experience.
Prior to joining The NextGen Advisors team, Hailey has worked in the finance industry for five years, and has experience in asset transfers, client onboarding, business process improvements, and trading/investing. Most recently, she worked at Raymond James Corporate as a Transition Consultant and holds her Series 7, 24, and 63 professional licenses. At NextGen Advisors, Hailey assists in the onboarding process, incoming asset transfers, oversees business process improvements, and handles the day-to-day business operations.
In her free time, Hailey enjoys traveling the world, game nights with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants. Hailey recently got married at the Wrigley Mansion in November and enjoys playing golf and pickleball at Gainey Ranch Golf Club with her husband on the weekends.
