STRIDER BOWEN graduated from Delta State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business in 2007. She enrolled the Master's Program at Delta State University where she obtained her M.B.A in 2009.

Strider joined Barnes Pettey in 2015. She works with the advisors in the Clarksdale office. Her primary responsibilities include client onboarding, account maintenance and reporting.

She and her husband, Jim, have two daughters, Ellison and Annie James. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is a member of First United Methodist Church in Clarksdale.
