From the small town of Hinckley, Ohio, Tracy brings over 18 years of financial and customer service experience. Tracy graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. She also gained her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation while working at a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) firm.
As a Client Service Associate here at Raymond James, she is dedicated to providing exceptional client service with a welcoming attitude. Tracy strives to provide clients with accurate and detailed information in a timely manner. Clients appreciate her attention to detail, ability to listen to all client concerns and her quick response time.
