Jennifer has been in the financial services industry since 1993 and has helped clients pursue their goals and navigate important milestones in life. She uses her knowledge to help clients of all types but specializes in guiding people through transitions such as widowhood or divorce. After experiencing the financial issues people face during a divorce, Jennifer became a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. As the aunt of a child with Down syndrome, she also has firsthand knowledge of the importance of financial planning for people with special needs. She strives to get to know her clients well and understand what is truly important to them. She offers clients a personalized financial planning experience designed to address all facets of life. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, she has committed to uphold high ethical standards. Jennifer also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant® and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designations. Jennifer joined Raymond James in July 2019, drawn by its client-first culture. Before that, she served as a wealth management advisor and assistant vice president at Merrill Lynch in Norfolk, Virginia. She earned a B.S. in business administration from Old Dominion University. She believes in giving back to the community, serving as Chair of Eggleston, a nonprofit organization centered on providing opportunities to people with disabilities. She is also past vice chair of the Virginia Beach Community Services Board. Originally from Hampton, Virginia, she lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, Scot, and their two dogs: Fresca, a border collie mix, and Soda Pop, a terrier mix. When she’s away from the office, Jennifer enjoys gardening, traveling, and reading.
