Matthew specializes in providing financial planning and investment management for families and individuals, and helping them pursue and enjoy a future of financial independence.

He began his financial services career in 1998, continuing the legacy of his father who served as a financial services professional for 20 years. They worked together until his father’s retirement in 2003. The family-oriented, client-centric culture of Raymond James reminds Matthew of the environment he watched his father experience and share.

Before joining Raymond James in 2013, Matthew worked in many capacities at Morgan Stanley in Corpus Christi, including wealth advisor, senior portfolio manager, first vice president and branch manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Texas A&M University.

Matthew grew up in Portland, Texas, and lives in Corpus Christi today with his wife, Adair, and children, Charlie and Audrey. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family.
