Nicole Morawski began her administrative career as a legal assistant, developing keen attention to detail and organization. Entering the financial industry in 2000, first as a compliance director and, then in 2003, as a Sales Associate at Merrill Lynch, she joined Raymond James in 2011.

Bringing decades of knowhow to her role at Nelson Wealth Managers of Raymond James in September, 2022, Nicole directs administration for all our clients’ day-to-day needs, with a strong commitment to efficiency and excellent service. Nicole is series 7 and 66 registered with FINRA.

A true team player, Nicole puts each client first, as she problem-solves and responds to questions and needs. With her incredible work ethic, creativity, determination, integrity and professionalism, Nicole represents the best of Raymond James. As such, Nicole was recognized by the firm as the Branch Associate of the Quarter for 2023 and then overall 2023 Branch Associate of the Year*. This honor is given annually to one individual, chosen from among an overwhelming number of applications, who demonstrates the very best of our firm and excels in the categories of Operational Excellence, Client Service and Engagement, Business Growth and Risk Management and engaging with the Branch Associate Community.

An avid world traveler, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

*The Branch Associate of the Year Award is given to one of the year's Raymond James & Associates of the Quarter to honor the associate's contributions to the overall success of the branch. This employee consistently demonstrates the Service 1st pledge in working with clients, home office personnel and other branch associates. To be considered for this award, a nonsupervisory RJ&A branch support associate must have been employed with Raymond James for at least one year, must be in good standing with the firm (not on disciplinary action/probation), and could not have won the award in the past five years.
