Andrew Juntilla

Andrew Juntilla,

AAMS®, CEPA® Financial Advisor

Andrew Juntilla is a Financial Advisor with Salmon Bay Capital Advisors of Raymond James, specializing in comprehensive wealth planning for business owners, founders, and corporate executives. His practice is centered on helping clients navigate financial complexity — particularly during periods of transition such as liquidity events, succession planning, and career inflection points.

Andrew works closely with entrepreneurs preparing for the sale or recapitalization of their businesses, advising on pre-transaction planning, tax-aware strategies, and post-liquidity wealth structuring. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), he brings a disciplined framework to business succession and value acceleration planning, helping owners think beyond the transaction toward long-term financial independence and legacy preservation.

For executives and senior leaders, Andrew provides thoughtful guidance around equity compensation, including stock options, RSUs, concentrated stock positions, and deferred compensation strategies. His approach integrates investment management with tax planning and estate considerations to ensure that wealth created through years of leadership is positioned to endure across generations.

Multigenerational planning is central to Andrew’s philosophy. He works with families to align financial capital with family values, structuring portfolios, trusts, and philanthropic strategies that support both present needs and long-term legacy objectives. He believes that wealth planning is most effective when it integrates enterprise value, personal assets, and family governance into a cohesive strategy.

Andrew holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designation and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation. He leverages the extensive resources and intellectual capital of Raymond James — one of the nation’s largest independent full-service financial services firms — to deliver sophisticated, coordinated solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances.

His commitment to financial stewardship is deeply personal. After emigrating from a small town in the Philippines, Andrew’s family experienced firsthand the impact of thoughtful financial planning as clients of Raymond James. That experience shaped his belief that trusted advice, delivered with integrity and discipline, can meaningfully change the trajectory of a family’s future.

Andrew earned his degree in Economics and American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington and has been with Raymond James since 2021. He serves on the alumni advisory board for the Filipino-American organization at the University of Washington, mentoring undergraduate students.

Outside of his advisory work, Andrew enjoys golf, cooking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest, particularly Olympic National Park near his hometown of Sequim.

AAMS® and Accredited Asset Management Specialist® are registered service marks of the College for Financial Planning.
