In her role as a branch professional, Michele supports the practice by performing a number of back-office responsibilities in support of the financial advisors and their clients. She also helps maintain a friendly, professional tone in the front office, providing a responsive client experience with a dedicated and focused standard of service.

Michele is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she earned a degree in business. She was born in Buffalo and currently lives in Clarence with her husband, Alan. The couple have two children, Jaime and Jason. Outside the office, she enjoys reading and baking.
