Grant grew up on the family ranch in north-central Nebraska raising Angus and Maine Anjou cattle. These roots allowed him to learn the value of a hard-earned dollar early on in life and have fundamentally shaped his approach in working with clients. Grant understands and respects the years of hard work and dedication put forth by his clients. His primary goal, in turn, is to provide truly meaningful value to his clients through investment management and financial planning.

Grant attained his finance degree from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK. Shortly following graduation, he married his wife, Sidni, and moved to Wichita. After nearly six years at his previous financial advisory firm, he joined S.J. Prill Financial & Investment Planning, Inc.

With the growing complexity in financial planning over the years, Grant felt it was a necessity to continue his education beyond his finance degree. As a result, he obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Certification in Long Term Care designations. This allows him to provide a broad range of advice in the areas of investments, tax planning, social security strategies, estate planning, and long-term care planning.

Grant is very involved in the Wichita community. He is the past president of the Financial Planning Association of Kansas, an investment committee member of the Wichita Symphony Society Endowment Fund, a past board member of the Rotary Club of Andover, a past Wichita YMCA Child Care and Camp board member, and currently serves on a number of Metro East Baptist Church committees.

Grant enjoys spending time with his wife, Sidni, 5 year-old son, Sterling, 3 year-old, Palmer Sue, and baby Shepherd. After nearly two and a half years at Rainbows United in Wichita, Sidni stays at home with the kids. In his leisure time, Grant enjoys playing basketball, watching Husker football, hunting, and watching Wichita State basketball. He and his wife are actively involved in their Metro East Baptist Church. Through Metro East, he has enjoyed the opportunity to build long-term relationships by leading Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University classes over the years.
