Although products are, indeed, important, Michelle believes high-quality products are the means to the end, and reputable, respected financial firms, like ours, offer all the products any investor would need. Yet, without good planning, good advice, and good behaviors, the products have limited usefulness and effectiveness. Thus, in Michelle’s practice, Michelle focuses less on product, and more on the process and the services that support the process.
