Nick works with our next generation of clients, helping those in their 20s, 30s and 40s plan for the future, organize their finances and manage their investments. He carefully listens to his clients’ concerns, educates them about the financial world and empowers them to view their financial decisions through an objective lens.
Nick was drawn to the investment services field by the complexity of the industry and the opportunity to help people. He truly enjoys the challenge of bringing math, technology, psychology, and a variety of other disciplines together to help clients sort through the financial complexities that impact them.
“I have a consulting and data science background which I believe leads me to evaluate client concerns and business needs in a more detailed and analytical way,” Nick says. “I give clients a transparent and honest assessment of their finances with advice on how they can make their own informed decisions.”
In addition, Nick serves as the team’s chief operating officer, setting business strategy and delivering on key initiatives. He is dedicated to ensuring the best possible experience for our clients.
Nick joined The Wise Investor Group in 2012 and moved to Raymond James with the team in 2022. For more than 10 years, he served as director of private wealth management, senior vice president of private wealth management, and associate financial advisor. Earlier in his career, he was a business risk consultant at Deloitte & Touche and a financial analyst at Willis Towers Watson.
Nick is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and recipient of the Coast Guard Achievement Medal and the Commandant’s Letter of Commendation.*
He graduated from Columbia University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and later earned an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Having an MBA provides him with several valuable attributes, including strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, research and risk management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Nick is originally from Southern California and now lives in Fairfax, Virginia, with his wife, Corinne, and their children, Connor, Claire, and Cate. In his free time, he enjoys reading, biking, swimming and spending time with his family
