Jackson believes everyone has a financial plan that’s right for them and a portfolio that’s right for their plan. That’s why he focuses his efforts on creating and then stress testing customized client financial plans while building and maintaining discretionary investment portfolios. Jackson is also dedicated to collaborating with his team – who has over 200 years of combined experience – to better provide outstanding, all-inclusive service.
Jackson has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in financial services from The American College. He has ample experience working as a branch manager and financial advisor for A.G. Edwards, Wachovia and Wells Fargo Advisors. Jackson is always seeking to learn more and has earned numerous industry designations, including the Chartered Life Underwriter®, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, Accredited Estate Planner® and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® certifications. Additionally, Jackson is a second-generation CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a certification that requires passing rigorous examinations and practicing with higher ethical standards. Inspired by a deep conviction for advocacy, honesty, integrity and stability, Jackson joined Raymond James in 2018. He values working with a firm that continuously strives to empower its advisors and grants them the independence to build long-lasting, multigenerational client relationships without having to worry about external pressures.
Jackson is a lifelong member of Mountain Home First United Methodist Church. He’s also on the board of directors of the Hospital Foundation, on the board of visitors of Arkansas State University and on the professional advisory committee (PAC) of Baxter Regional Medical Center. Additionally, he’s served as the past president of the Mountain Home Rotary Club, past treasurer for the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce and the Mountain Home Leadership Institute. He is the founder of the charity David’s Trail, co-founder of the Mountain Home Public Schools Strengths Council and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. He volunteers at David’s Trail, the Mountain Home School District and Arkansas State University.
Jackson was born near the air force base in Denver, Colorado, where his dad was serving. He currently lives on Lake Norfolk near Mountain Home and enjoys paddle boarding, lake activities and open water swimming in his free time. His other hobbies consist of cooking, reading and running, family vacations and holiday home-cooked meals with friends. His daughter, Sunny, studies astrophysics in California and oversees her college’s planetarium.
