Ronda grew up in the cozy town of Troy, Illinois, and later moved to the scenic state of Colorado, where she and her husband raised their family.

Ronda holds a degree in Finance and Management from Southern Illinois University. Despite starting her career a bit later due to homeschooling her two sons, she entered the professional arena with determination.

In March 2012, she joined Raymond James, where she learned the ins and outs of finance. Her journey then led her to the serene town of Mountain Home, Arkansas, in November 2022. Here, she contributed her expertise to both the Baxter Health Medical Clinics and LPL Financial. Now, she’s thrilled to be back with Raymond James, ready to make a difference as part of the Financial Services and Investment Strategies Group.

Beyond work, Ronda loves learning new things and helping others find happiness. She hopes to be remembered for her kindness and positive impact. Her life’s highlights include her unwavering faith, marrying her high school sweetheart Todd, raising children, and now enjoying grandkids.

When not at work, you’ll find Ronda reading, spending quality time with her family (especially her grandkids), tending to her garden, kayaking, fishing, and working around her home.
