Shanna is the newest member of the Oak Knoll team. She prepares our financial advisors for meetings with a great understanding of our client management software and uses it to its fullest in her pre-meeting prep. She works diligently behind the scenes making sure clients know we always have their best interests at heart.

Shanna came to us with no prior background in the financial world but has caught on quickly and is finding her passion. We couldn’t be happier having her on our team and seeing her thrive in her new role.

“In the few months I have been here, I have seen how extraordinarily rare a workplace this is. I appreciate the emphasis on ‘family comes first,’ especially as a single mother. I only wish I would’ve found this place a long time ago,” said Shanna.

As a single mother of two boys, Schyler and Landyn, she is very proud of the outstanding and caring young men they are growing into. Schyler has always been her laid back son whereas Landyn has kept them all running from sport to sport. His first love is baseball, but he also plays football and basketball. As avid Cubs fans she wouldn’t be upset if he wound up with the Cubs in the future so she could cheer him on from the front row.

As a licensed Esthetician, you will most likely find Shanna afterhours, in her room lashing or doing other fun esty things. She also loves to camp and sit by the campfire, read books, travel to new places, take lots of photographs, and on hot days lay around outside but only if a pool or beach is within reach. Fall is her favorite season. Her family always comes first. She enjoys spending as much time as she can with her boys, family and friends. “Being able to laugh with my people fills my soul,” she says.
