As a financial advisor since 2001, Ross has many years of experience in helping his clients achieve their financial goals. He is very detail-oriented and meticulous in his approach to working with his clients. And as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, he has a very good understanding of all aspects of a client’s financial matters, from asset management and retirement planning to estate planning and taxes. 

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2018, Ross worked as a financial advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms since 2001. Originally from Houston, Texas, Ross earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999. After graduation, he worked for Janus Mutual Funds as a customer service representative for a couple of years before joining A.G. Edwards as a financial advisor in 2001. His titles over the years include associate vice president – Investments and first vice president – Investments. Company culture drew Ross to Raymond James, as did the emphasis of the company to be at the forefront of technological improvements for both its clients and its advisors.

When Ross is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, golf, University of Texas athletics, traveling, taking in a movie and cooking. He lives in Austin with his wife, Tiffany, and their children, Reid and Miles.

Above all else, Ross has one primary goal – “On a very basic level, my goal is to have happy clients.”
